Eric Wrigley

Eric has over 3 years of experience in the real estate, construction and development industry. He is responsible for assisting the vice president and senior project staff in many aspects of construction and development management, helping to oversee field and administrative staff, subcontractors and vendors, and supporting pre-construction processes to include permit acquisition, scope analysis, value engineering, purchasing and contract negotiations. Eric also aides in the development of CPM scheduling, coordination, change management, as well as project accounting.

Eric is also involved in marketing and business development, contributing to the development of bids and proposals, and marketing media and correspondence.

Eric is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders, the Urban Land Institute, and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association.

Eric graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Political Science.
