Rodney Leatherman
Field Superintendent

Rodney has 26 years of experience as a Superintendent, Shop Foreman and Lead Carpenter. Rodney manages a team of 11 field employees responsible for general construction, carpentry and millwork. Rodney has overseen projects including retail and restaurants, tenant build outs, construction of regional bank branch, and renovation of over 100 office spaces: medical, legal and commercial, in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

As Field Superintendent, Rodney manages coordination and scheduling of all shop employees, subcontractors and inspections for building projects and tenant build outs.

Recent Projects include:

• Construction of SunTrust Bank.
• Complete build out of Juan Valdez restaurant and café.
• Renovation of office space for Jordan Burt, LLC and renovation for the law office of London, Meade & Kline, LLC

Rodney graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelors of Science in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Architecture.
